Reinforced plastic materials
Through their expert knowledge and their control over innovative processes in the field of reinforced thermoplastic products, AD majoris offers a wide selection of products using reinforcement with various fibers.
In order to achieve the highest levels of mechanical properties for their products, a rigorous selection of the fibers and of their impact on thermoplastic matrices, is performed.
A wide, non-limiting range of reinforcement fibers is used, glass fibers, carbon fibers, basalt fibers, mixed fibers, natural fibers based on (non-limiting list) polypropylene, polyethylene, polyamide, PPS, ABS, PC, POM, etc.
For many years now, AD majoris developed their own process technology for introducing reinforcement fibers which provide, for their MAJORIS G series, the most intact fiber length possible and thus reaching the mechanical performances sought for applications, aeronautics, household appliances, automotive, etc.
Fields of application require other properties associated with fiber reinforcement, such as resistance to fire requiring great process control, as provided by the products from the MAJORIS GFR series with different standards, food contact, UV resistance, of the MAJORIS G series.
Within the eco-design context, the same methods are also applied to RECYCLED thermoplastic matrices to dope their properties with new performances and to propose a reuse fully aware of the new properties acquired and sought for by different application sectors, where the common bases are mainly, but not limited to, polypropylene, polyamide, PPS, etc.
